Access the Quick Ship Form
From the front page of Shipping Instructions
Click on ‘Quick Ship’ in the main task
bar, or select the first action in the ‘Get Started Here’ box.
Quick Ship from the Templates page
On the Templates page, the first column contains both 'Ship' and 'Quick
Ship' links. Find the template you want to use and click the Quick Ship
icon on the same line. It will open a Quick Ship form filled in with the
template details.

When you are on the Quick Ship form,
the ‘Quick Ship’ button will be yellow.
